Damsel Comics is committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of my readers, visitors to my website and customers.  I want you to know that I do not sell, rent or trade your personal data (emails, names etc) with anyone else.  This privacy policy gives you more detailed information about when and why I collect personal information, how it is used and how it is kept secure.   

 

All Damsel Comics related websites are run through third party websites (Wix.com, Deviant Art, Ink Bunny, Fur Affinity etc) and as such I do not see or use any cookie data myself.  These websites will have their own cookie privacy information.

 

I use third-party providers, Wix.com, Sendowl and Patreon to deliver newsletters and control my mailing list for anyone who has subscribed to my website.  The mailing list is purely used to give you access to my work (e.g. a free comic download) and nothing else.  For more information please see their own privacy notices. 

You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any emails or by emailing me personally at catnabclub@yahoo.com.

 

For private commissions your data (name and email address) is only used in correspondence related to my artwork and is stored in my email account hosted by Yahoo.  If at any time you wish me to remove your details please contact me directly at catnabclub@yahoo.com. 

 

When buying products from my website or commissioning me for work Payments are handled by Sendowl.com, Patreon and Paypal.  I do not see any details related to your credit/debit card and all such details are covered by their privacy policies.  Email addresses are only used as required to deliver the products/commissions to you, handle enquiries or to provide refunds. 

 

You are entitled to view, amend or delete the personal information that I hold.  If you wish to do so please email your request to myself at catnabclub@yahoo.com.

 

This policy will be reviewed annually but you will be informed of any changes when they occur.
